Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Dew Drops Review

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Dew Drops Review

I see why this product is so loved, but I don’t need it in my collection.

The Holy Grail, Viral, OG Glow Recipe Dew Drops ($35) have been in my collection for quite a while but I almost never use it.

It’s not necessary in my routine.

As a combination skin beauty, I mostly focus on hydration and not glow.

Sometimes I do want a glowy look, but its not often that I specifically pick out a skincare product for the glowy, dewy finish.

Plus, I have serums and glowy products that sort of do the same thing, but at a very different price tag.

TL:DR (Too Long Didn’t Read) on the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops:

  • Glowy effect to skin without feeling greasy
  • Lightweight enough to be in your skin care routine or work as a base makeup primer
  • The fresh watermelon scent is nice but not overwhelming

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops Product Review:

Back in the day (what seems like forever ago), the Glow Recipe Watermelon Dew Drops were everywhere!

It was so unique, considering what was out at the time, and although it’s just a serum, it gave such a glow to the skin that beauty lovers just could not live without it.

But now it’s not as unique anymore.

And maybe that’s why it’s sat in my collection for a little bit only used a handful of times.

I forgot how nice of a product it is.

The serum adds a visible the glow to your skin but that glow never turns into like oiliness or greasiness.

I still have the same amount of shine on my forehead, and pretty normal wear everywhere else after 10+ hours of wear, including days where I have makeup on all day.

Also, the product does sink into the skin after a while, which I prefer over a high glow/shine all day long.

If you’re looking for a glossy, dewy finish serum, this is a great option.

The formula is smooth and lightweight and also has niacinamide and hydrates the skin all day.

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Dew Drops Swatch

I like the Dew Drops, and I see why its been a must have product for such a long time.

But I doubt ill use it very often.

I prefer to have a soft, blurred matte finish most days because I’m wearing makeup all day long.

Is the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops worth it?

Yes, the serum feels nice on the skin and adds that dewy glow.

But there are less expensive dewy products on the market now, so it’s not as necessary to get THIS dewy serum like it was years ago.

The product is worth it, the cost may not be.
